Do You Have Questions?
What size should I order?   Can you make my own jeans into Belly Jeans?   What is your return policy?

Aren't sizes frustrating?
Have you ever seen a newspiece or magazine article on the disorganized way the fashion industry arbitrarily sizes their garments? They size them with smaller numbers so you will be more likely to purchase clothes if you think you are actually fitting into a smaller size regardless of how much material is actually there, and despite the fact that not everyone thinks a size 2 is desirable or attainable, or whatever. Right, ladies?

Why am I pointing this out?
For one...it's a totally unfair manipulation.
And two...it makes finding your size kinda difficult, in a universal sort of way.
Add pregnancy...and voila'...mass confusion and easily traumatized self-esteem shattered in
front of the dressing room mirror, at a time when you should feel beautiful and self-loving.
But...I offer the option to Send Your Own jeans to become maternity jeans (or slacks, or skirts, or shorts)!

So here's the beauty in sending your own jeans to be converted into Belly Jeans...
They are your jeans, you can try them on at home and decide. Being tried on and/or worn, you know, they love you as much as you love them. Jeans should be our friends. Friends that don't ditch us for 9-10 months.
Some of the jeans I offer online are men's jeans, but not all. A few styles of strictly women's jeans make suitable conversions and I have included some on my site. The new "guy fit" and "long & lean" and "low-rise" women's styles work very well! (also see suggestions in the segment on sending your own). Men's jeans are honest in sizing, for the most part. Waist  x  inseam. Pretty straight forward stuff. There is also a more gradual line from waist to hip, and as that waistline disappears with pregnancy, this is a more natural fit. But since we aren't men, and we're not all built like boys, (though I am somewhat, and I think that's fine, too) I've included a HIP measurement on each pop-up picture. The hip measurement differs a bit from the W x L measurement, in that I am "suggesting" the hip size that each pair of jeans will accomodate. The hip measurement is the most important measurement here. (Aside from the length you like your jeans to be) The proper hip measurement will keep the jeans comfortably in place, while allowing the Belly Band to support your belly. The correct hip measurement also allows you to get the pants on. Remember, all zippers and button flies have been removed. Pull 'em on...you're in.
Break out the tape measure and see what I have for you!

Measure What? you ask...  Check this helpful link.
I use the measurement taken 7" below the waistline when making my recommendations. Make sure you measure straight around your hips. Approximately the imaginary line that hits your tail bone and passes around over your hip bones. (Don't angle the tape measure from the small of your back down under your belly.)

Want to send your own? Please thoroughly read the information above as the same thing applies....
Just remember the suggestions here for the best conversion. The jeans you send should fit you comfortably, but you are no longer able to button or zip them the entire way up. A good fit is not too loose, and of course, not too tight. The Belly Band is designed to support your belly; the correct fit in the hips and butt holds your jeans up. Jeans need to normally (pre-pregnancy) ride just below the belly button (this doesn't mean they simply "hang" there with lots of crotch room droop...it means the "correct" fit has them hitting below the navel) Lowriders, Guyfits, etc...will work great, but generally not ultra-lowriders (danger of a little "cheeky" exposure in the mid to later months)! Shorts and jean skirts of the same description work great as well.
"Classic Fit" women's jeans of any brand will NOT work.
